A very unusual turtle shell box fashioned from a resin plaster-work body with brass head, tail and legs. The lid with a brass handle inset with a semi precious stone which opens to reveal a brass lined box. Made by Anthony Redmile, it epitomises the great designer’s style. T he British designer was well known in the 1960s and 1970s for his extravagant designs that stood out particularly through the use unusual.
Condition: some minor chips to the plaster, otherwise very good
