Beautiful Edwardian hall stand in oak, circa 1900/1910. One of the most interesting of hall stands, it was probably originally used as a stand for boots, hats, riding crops and saddles. It has been sympathetically restored, with a lovely patina, today it offers the perfect hall stand with side compartments for walking stick or umbrellas, a bottom shelf for shoes and boots, a top shelf in wicker for hats, and an arched surround at the top for coats. Very useful item with plenty of charm.
