Rare Art Deco wardrobe by Compactom, England 1930s. Beautiful piece of furniture, looking very anonymous when closed but once opened reveals a wonderful array of compartments for the gentleman’s wardrobe of the period, including sections for shirts, collars, sundries, trousers, ties, and much much more. A truly wonderful conversation piece capable of transporting the imagination to bygone eras.
Condition: hairline crack to one of the glass panes, some trouser hangers missing
