A mid-century wood and glass drinks trolley, Italy, circa 1960
A stylish Italian drinks trolley dating from the 1960s, with a sculptural dark-stained wood frame and brass detailing.
The trolley features two glass tiers, the upper tier cleverly designed as a removable serving tray with integral handles, allowing it to be lifted from the frame and used independently as a portable drinks tray.
The lower tier incorporates a raised bottle holder to one side, providing secure storage for bottles while the trolley is being moved. Raised on four brass castors.
A particularly attractive and practical example of Italian mid-century bar furniture.
Condition: good vintage condition with surface wear, scratches and marks consistent with age and use. Please refer to the photographs for further details of condition.
