A stylish pair of Italian drinks trolleys dating from circa 1980.
Each trolley is constructed from polished brass with an elegant open framework and two tiers of clear glass. The upper tier is surrounded by a distinctive curved gallery formed from multiple brass rails, creating an attractive sculptural profile while providing a practical surround for bottles, decanters and glassware.
The lower oval glass shelf offers additional storage for bottles and serving accessories. Each trolley is raised on slender brass supports and fitted with castors for ease of movement.
The combination of polished brass, glass and sweeping curved lines is characteristic of glamorous Italian bar furniture of the late 1970s and early 1980s.
Condition: good vintage condition with surface wear, marks and some oxidation and tarnishing to the brass consistent with age and use. Please refer to the photographs for further details of condition.
