A large tubular brass and smoked glass drinks trolley by Morex, Italy, 1980s
A striking large-scale Italian drinks trolley by Morex, dating from the 1980s.
The trolley is constructed from substantial tubular brass, with a sculptural curved frame supporting three tiers of smoked glass. The generous lower platform provides ample space for bottles and larger barware, while the two upper tiers are suited to glasses, decanters and serving accessories.
The unusually large-diameter brass tubing and sweeping continuous lines give the trolley a bold architectural appearance typical of luxurious Italian design of the period. The raised upper gallery also serves as a convenient handle, with the whole resting on castors for ease of movement.

Condition: good vintage condition with surface wear, oxidation, marks and areas of wear to the brass finish consistent with age and use. Please refer to the photographs for further details of condition.
