A brass and smoked glass drinks trolley, Italy, circa 1970
A stylish Italian drinks trolley dating from the 1970s, with a clean geometric design typical of the period.
The trolley is constructed from a polished brass frame with three rectangular tiers of smoked glass, providing generous space for bottles, decanters, glassware and serving accessories. The simple architectural form is enhanced by cylindrical uprights and neatly detailed brass fittings.
Raised on four castors for ease of movement, the combination of brass and dark smoked glass gives the piece a sophisticated and distinctly 1970s Italian appearance.
Condition: good vintage condition with surface wear, marks, tarnishing and areas of oxidation to the brass consistent with age and use. Please refer to the photographs for further details of condition.
