An unusual Italian wall mirror dating from the 1960s, with a distinctive elongated lozenge-shaped form characteristic of mid-century design.

The shaped mirror plate is held within an open geometric frame combining teak details with slender metal supports. Small projecting brackets secure the mirror at the sides, top and base, creating an attractive sense of separation between the mirror plate and its surrounding frame.

The gently curved outline and restrained combination of materials give the piece a particularly elegant and architectural appearance.

Condition: good vintage condition with surface wear, scratches and marks consistent with age and use. The mirror plate has extensive age-related foxing and spotting, giving it an attractive aged appearance. Please refer to photographs.
