A wood and glass drinks trolley, Italy, circa 1960
An elegant Italian drinks trolley dating from the 1960s, with a refined and understated mid-century design.
The trolley is constructed from dark-stained wood, with two shaped rectangular tiers inset with clear glass panels. The upper tier incorporates elegantly formed integral handles at either end, while the lower tier provides additional space for bottles, decanters and barware.
The slender turned supports and softly rounded contours give the piece a particularly light and graceful appearance, complemented by brass fittings and four original-style castors for ease of movement.
Condition: good vintage condition with surface wear, marks and areas of wear to the wood and brass fittings consistent with age and use. Please refer to the photographs for further details of condition.
